Mimecast email archive search feature can be accessed in two ways.
- Mimecast Outlook Add In
- Mimecast Personal Portal

1. Mimecast Outlook Add-in

• First, click the mimecast ribbon at the top. Second, click search icon.

Click the Online Mailbox section and then click the Options icon.


Edit your search parameters to locate the email you are missing.
