How to Add or Renew Sharefile Links

1. Navigate and log into lrbank.sharefile.com. You can click "Sign In" under Company Employee Sign In, this will use your LRB email and password. 


2. Select File Box > Click the “+” sign on the right> Request Files

 
3. Click Request Files

 

4. Select Get a Link.
 

5. Click on “Edit Options”. Change Who can access this link to "Anyone (Public, must enter name and email), you can also choose how long that link will be active. After you are done, click Save. 

 

6. Click Copy

 

Now, you need to add the link in your signature.

1. Open Outlook.
2. Select File > Options
3. Click the Mail category and select Signatures.
4. Go to your signature and locate the Sharefile hyperlink. If you don’t have a link follow these instructions.
a. Below your email address in your signature (or wherever you chose) add the text: Please Click here to securely upload files to my attention.
b. Highlight the word “here” in your signature window and create the hyperlink with the instructions below.
5. Select your hyperlink and edit or create with the Hyperlink button.
 

6. The hyper link should be similar to the image below. Your ShareFile link will go in the address section. If you are updating you link, completely delete the link in the address box and paste the new link.
